Refund policy
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items must be returned in original packaging or suitable packaging.
To start a return, please either contact using the form on our website or email info@districtstudios.co with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or faulty item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return parcels.

If you’ve received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@districtstudios.co. Include:
