Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Items must be returned in original packaging or suitable packaging.

To start a return, please either contact using the form on our website or email info@districtstudios.co with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return parcels.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@districtstudios.co. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item

We’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
